Lies can Scammer Trick You

Me also depends primarily on punishing impostor! I know that administrators have all the necessary information about this account and if they wanted to punish him, it would have done, no less, however, they do not intend to do anything about it!

 

Punish for what? What he did wrong? I think he scammed you flawlessly! Take this as a lesson if you failed to learn it from others(dis scam is old as L2...). You search for justice in L2? LOL it's like real life, there is no justice(call justice police lol)... wake up alrdy and move on... if no, go make justice yourself and gl on that...

Sorry about your loss but u cant trust anybody and administrators cant do anything about it ..They can ban the char but already your gear is gone. Anyway u learned a lesson for 2b and u will never trade your gear to nobody..btw u can be glad that u dont have blessed r99 xD.. anyway GL its a only game!

Thinking narrowly about the game? You keep amaze me lol... Maybe you have 12years I dunno, but ppl get's robbed every hour, even them being at home! Like 10+ ppl comes in takes all stuff fast and disappears... And what you can do? NUFIN!!! Ofc you could try stop one/two guyz, but you would be afraid as all others would jump on you and mby kill you... And police won't help you a lot, as proly they won't catch them anyway... So what you talking about man? You ryly live in earth? I start to doubt it...

And back to scammer, he did not rob you, you gived all gear like a good boy to him(like you would open doors to robbers and give them all). So like I said, stop acting like an innocent beauty, ur not... Just try to think... I know it hurts, but life will hurt you even moar, what you will do then? Jump from bridge? For what? Stop searching for help and blame others... better:

Be a Hero! Log in game and catch all those scammers! Tell ppl who they are and how they act! Be Justice police! Punish all scammers by helping your fellows who got your fate...

Actually, if you scam ppl on real life, it's a crime that you can go to jail for..
And if you use trust they had on you to perform the scam, the jail time increases..

Just try asking a friend "give me your car keys" and after not give back, saying the car is yours now.. or a cel phone, or w/e else you can think of...

Your assumptions and analogy is wrong. Nothing in this game belongs to you, you were stolen nothing. Everything in the game is owned by Innova and NCsoft. Innova does not punish this player that scammed you because you did not own anything to begin with, all data is still in iinova servers, it was not stolen, also he use normal means to get these items from you (no hacking, etc), therefore there is no "ilegal activity" present.

If someone robs your house, the actual property was owned by you (the house owner) and there isnt anyone else that owns it above you so this example is bad. May it serve as a lesson for future scam attempts.

tip: if someone insists on asking for items, dont even read what this person says anymore.

In L2 only thing belongs to you(kind of) is your account and chars. And only police there is the NPC's(if you karma xD) or brave heroes :> Next time pick your game more carefully, as seems you didn't knew what ur playing... playing a dangerous game dat is

You said "LOL it's like real life, there is no justice", and I wrote to show you how it's NOT like real life.. On real life the scammer would have to face real consequences involving the police, here it's 100% up to innova's staff if they want to do something or not.. If they want, they can do nothing.. If they want, they can ban the scammer and so on..

 

I talked about justice where is no robbery involved as then police deals with it(thought not all can be punished if they are good at it). Justice is an act of valor against scammers who fooled you and took your stuff easy... I mean you gived them hoping for smthing in return... so noone can or will help you... just in RL you can help yourself(find the guy xD). Anyway not all rules are same in game and RL. You should alwayz think, what if? Guy in screen thought it, but he was too greedy for easy stuff(enchants). So king of Greed won. Diablo(evil) ftw :>

 

Takano San thx for understanding the exact same thing I was thinking !, and what to analogs - just as in real life, You invested their time and money in Your house, that have built from scratch, just as in the L2 world You invested their time and money to achieve That, so it seems to me that this is the correct analogy, except that in the real world law governs and acts out of justice, and here ??????????????

Actually the game provider have EULA, they probably chose to not cover scam in it cause after all it's simulated world with minimal moderation, like a medieval society. If you want justice in the fantasy medieval world of L2 you don't quote Brazilian law, you take your axe, staff or bow and you go punish the offender. Or you go to his distinguished king and ask him for audience and punishment.

 

To bring order in this virtual world? first of all I'd have to have the right tools, which has only the support!

My point is - why bringing order into medieval fantasy world? There is absolutely no logic into it. Nothing ingame has any monetary value according to the agreement you clicked "i accept" on, therefore there is no violation of any law whatsoever in case of scam which doesn't include someone logging your character and taking the items from it. Hence justice in this case is serviced by the community and in game as it should be in a medieval fantasy world.
