how can u call this scam when u gave him itiems .. i would understand u went with him in pt of rb's and he left from pt and some healer pr , but u actually gave person u DO NOT KNOW ITIEMS!!! who does that its like now im come to your home and ask u , can u give me 1000 euro .. people should not trust people who just u met , i know one time who drop pvp bow+12 and other guy from pt pick up and he gave back to hes owner
p.s wine u never know maybe one day to u smth like that will happend like your wife log to your acc and delete itiems we can say noone cares too but ofc u gonna buy new ones ..

Many ppl here thinking, that such actions are not scam, or a scammer cannot be punished. Think again!
Whether u like it or not, online gaming has grown into something big and needs regulations.
For now, u need an understanding judge, here are few cases of such online scams being punished

Also Innova can do something. Can post logs - which accounts has this scammer logged? Lets see who it is, something tells me its a well known person.

ProCox im sorry people who invest they're time and money ingame doesn't just give they're itiems like that to stranger and then comes to forum to seek justice anyways gl to u , i just hope u won't again "give items to someone" and later make forum posts about scam's

 

@ProCox those people should sometimes read what they agreed to when they pressed "I accept". If you do you'd notice that the items in game have no monetary value whatsoever.

 

anyway i think the online gaming need regulation by real law which is more important than any eula in game... now it's jungle.

 

Problematic would be age,mental state, etc...
In game you can not know with what age person you are dealing (under/above 18 gives different responsibilities) also person might know how to play even though his mental state would not alow to be judged or how to ensure that everything is real...

To many things to investigate to end up with real laws and rules.

Ofcourse it would be osom if person online would have same responsibility as offline with same/familiar penalties for going against the rules, but lets be realists - it will remain fantasy, only place it could work is Korea where your ID is required in order to play.

 

And now "maybe finally" you will understand, that game is another universe for people to feel fun/relax/enjoy/explore/cry/moan/troll/kill/lie/die etc. etc. etc... without any responsibilities or negative impacts what will probably cause in real life. so you all need just to wake up and play the damn game... and you can't say you lost that you lost dat... even you can't dare to say you lost your precious time... as you choose to lose. So at the end you all losers as you LOST!
