same place as kamaloka npc just /target pathfinder or smth like that.. brown "mage" type npc standing near npc to enter normal kamaloka, and u can access all Rim (premium) kamalokas from same npc, and they are up to 88 i think, but not that much worth doing...
Yup use owergired wymm at 85 lvl and u got chance for weapon on price in grocery like 80kk+ i do it from time to time also
