i enchanted skill vengeance to +4 decrease penalty and now when i use it,it has no effect. it just writes you use vengeance and nothing happens. btw i dont know if it works when its +0 :d
decreasy penalty should me able to move when i use vengeance.so it has to have same effect just tank can run with it
the vengeance effect (the ud thingy) applies only if there are mobs, flagged players around u the effect will trigger only if there is something to be agroed on u, in town it won t work
