L2Store bugg

hello,

i have a problem with l2store, i can browse through items just fine. although when i choose a particular item the whole menu disappears and i cant do anything and the l2store main window only appears again when i go to loginscreen. i found these two articles with the same issue but they have not been solved.

in addition to this, all links i can find to innovas support (starting with support.4game.com) are broken. i'd love some help with this as i want to use the funds on my account.

well, you have 2 record with position more than 1920*1018.
the fastes way to check it delete windowsinfo.ini and use fix option.

ps.
please open cmd and type:
ping support.4game.com
tracert - support.4game.com

i still have no idea why i am unable to access the support-site but for now i don't care haha. thanks for the help.

edit: i can ping the site. so i'm really confused why i can't access it through chrome. but as i said, it doesn't matter now that the problem is solved anyway.
