OE skills cost SP, but not THAT much. I've all skill at least +10, and I still have a 25b sp sleeping in my character sheet.

I want to know about the Steel Coins... What about it? I mean, i have a low char that is using steel door coin equipment, and will need the S S80 gear in the future...

Pag. 4:

if i understand the wording correctly, old SA (wide blow, crit. stun...) that don't have an equivalent option in the new system, wont be changed like others (mana up -> max mp), but to something other, which is not listed in the patch notes (the table lists only Soul Crystal Options). Can you provide a list of these special options?
Or i interpreted incorrectly and items will retain old SA?

+16 to +17 is ~360 mil SP per try! presumably +19 to +20 is a whole lot higher , so you'll end up doing 6-10 tries to get to +20 from +16. so per skill u'd need ~3-5 billion starting from +16 akakakakaka
