Problem filling account

Hello ! I cannot pay to win and that makes me pretty sad

Joke aside, when I'm trying to put money on my account (using skrill), it tells me, when I log on on my skrill account, that the transaction is impossible. It seems to be on Skrill side, so I opened a ticket here and am waiting for their answer. I just wanted to know if someone else already reported this, and in this case, what did they do to solve the problem ?

Transaction number for information : «57411236»

P.S : I didn't open a ticket here as I said, as the problem seems to be from Skrill.
