[PA] I really need help!

I don't know where to post this... So i'll do it here, if is wrong, move it to the right place please!!

Ok, my problem is the next...

I want to buy a Premium Account, and i want to use PayPal... I don't have a credit card to use, but i have credit on PayPal, dollars...

What i want to know if is possible to buy a PA with my PP balance?
I know that PP makes the change, like 21 dollars = 18 euros (more or less), when i put my PP account from the play page, it ask me for a credit card, that's what i dont want...

If is possible to do it with PP balance or there is no other option than Credit Card?

You should be able to transfer funds from your PayPal account without using a credit card if your balance is suitable for transaction. I suggest you contacting PayPal team, since we do not affect payment options PayPal offers you.
