hmm, more over, to reduce damage by 50%, you'd need a global +100% pdef/mdef, not a non-static 50%. So imo it's definitely a nerf.

Beside "Break" route that makes you ignore a part of your opponent's pdef, pinpoint AND quick shot ignore 30% of your ennemy's pdef (with a +14 break pinpoint you're near 40% ignored)

 

i don't have slot for diamond or pearl ^^
i use emerald or tanzanit instead of pearl or diamond, no ones need understand why.
i use lv5 pearl only when scarlet vs tranks in oly.


No ones can understand how pdef beats dmg reduction... cos korean game.
before the archers "op"... 18k pdef good vs archers, and we dont have 50%dmg reduction or pdef/mdef in windblend.
But in fact the koreans can change everything on sayha... i still dont feel nerfed.(and anyway if sayha nerfed with archers/daggers okay for me and i like it.)
I guess only Anxxi and Tranks can understand this ^^.

gave up after 8 min.. boring!

Not coz rio or who ever is playing, but coz archers oly is always boring to watch :/ Lets be honest - each fight consisted of at least 3 min of running around pillars

PS yes i know that it is the way to play archer in oly just it is boring af. It should be banned to post oly of archers, daggers and sayhas

 

its not because of archers daggers or w.e just the meta and server is getting close to endgame gear and any character no matter of class or race can kill in 2-3 sec enemy whos without any kind of defencive skills, tanks excluded so its more or less mind games not like before 2 chars in seraph hitting each other till eternaty

The true nerf is the speed reduction.

Generally, next chronicle is absolute garbage: 4th SA from l2store, +10 set effects, tanks gets nothing, tyrrs/wynns gets boosted, but still are useless, archers and daggers gets nerfed to point that I saw Koreans cry about classes for the first time, mages gets a boost, but deals less damage than before for unknown reasons, seer gets speed reduced/easier to catch off hide (when last patch flash granade was already a thing). Entire chronicle is just full of bad and strange decisions/changes that were not needed. **** their "class balance", every time they try this, we get 6-12 months of trashed game and there I was starting to enjoy where L2 was going.
