System message 1007

hello. since yesterday i try to get an answer from the support but nobody cares up to now...
when i press the "PLAY BUTTON" i get a messagein a black window:
1007

i heard something about the resolution but even this i tried to fix in the option file ( should work with my monitor) but it´s still the same problem.
iam waiting now for over 24 hours without any reaction from GMs during support tickets.
can anyone else help me pls?

 

okay never mind i don´t need support anymore.
iam done with this server even before i started to play here!
seems to be dead for me , NO SUPPORT, NOTHING! BB HAVE FUN
3DAYS not even 1 answer at support ticket page!

 

hahahaha what a JOKE seriously. so i bought my premium account and iam not allowed to play? joke server.
