Mail from auction house bug

hi i need your help cos like i sayd i had some items on auction for 31kk when i log today i had the mail i open the mail box and was no new mail from auction house i check my auction and i sold this item.maybe cos i didnt delete old one empty mail from auction?i made restart and nothig

 

delete old mails.

 

i deleted it did rr and nothing still miss my 31kk ....

 

and what i still got 9 items on auction that means if i go sleep and log and i have sold all items that means i will get adena only from 1 mail from ah all other bugg...
