Bug with Mailbox(i cant open mailbox window)

the problem is that i cant open my mailbox - i see mails comming to me and no matter which town i am, and no matter how much relogs i did i cant open my mailbox... i have a lot of adena in those mails(auction house mails) and it is a bit painfull for me to not being able to get tho em... it is not the mentioned bug about missing mails - i just cant even open mailbox window. i checked on other character and it works ok- only on my main is still the problem...

pls help me. i hope u can solve it

 

maybe if possible i would gladly ask any gm to delete mine readed mails in my mailbox - maybe will work this problem out this way

 

i have the same problem ( i'm spanish player and english is not my first lenguage ) , i see the mails but is impossible to open it . i try this with another character and it's ok but with my character saqquehobbit is impossible .

i will lost all the adena if the problem doesn't repair.
