Can't get items out of the mail

    hi,

    got a mail with a couple of items when i open my mail list it shows attachment but when i open the mail there are no items in the bar attached items.
    and yes i know for sure there has to be items there because i send them myself from an other character.
    is there a way to get the items?

    maybe you werent in town ! so they just didnt open!!! go town and check mailbox???!!!
