crystal rune bug

sorry for my english. when i baught rune crystal from game shop and try to use it,i got 4 lvl penalty. sub sph 65 lvl,mj robe set and r grade weapon. in inventory i have rune crystal but still have weapon penalty,when i put rune to wh i got armor penalty 4 lvl. pls help!!!! i spend 6 euro for this ****.

 

it decreases five lvls not item grades.
s grade at 71lvl
r grade at 80lvl
r95 at 90lvl and so on

 

here write,it decrease 5 levels of penalty for your equipment grade. and when i baught it 2 days ago its work normal,just today not work and rr not help :/

 

somebody help pls. or bring my money back :d
