Two or more on the same house

hello all,

we are a couple in france and we play on the same room, so technically we have 2 differents home ip but only one router.

is it going to be possible to play all the two at the same time or are we going to have ip restriction in cause of this ?

a lot of our friends play lineage as couple or brothers etc.

any idea ?

hmm that will be hard.. i have 3 pcs in my room and i could triple box if that was possible.. so i don't think it will work unless one of u buys premium.. or you get anti afk message every 3 minutes or sth annoying ^^

 

i have exactlly the same problem. got up to 3 people playing here.

 

dualbox is running 2 client per 1 pc.
so if you play in 2 other pc it's shouldn't be a problem.

i think it will be about how many mac adresses you have not about ip so as the guys above me said 2 pc's shouldn't be a problem (although you need an official answer to be shure)

 

if it's like this apophis, by using the mac, it's not a problem but as you say, much better to have a reply from official team

you have two internal ip and one wan ip
if the restrict in the form of ip 2/ip you will be able to play only 2 accounts from your internet connection
if they restrict 2/pc you can play 2 account from each pc

i hope last option. i want to dual box a char for a friend who will be gone for a good few months for a business trip.
