TW Jewels and Bleed Attack % for Othell Rogue

    the earrings from tw that adds "bleed attack +15%" add 15% to bleed chance or to bleed power?

    is it better for othell rogue to have earrings with bleed attack or rather go for giran earrings with stun attack +15% (again, is it chance or power?) and have a better power bluff for pvp?

    soon comes a patch that removes the need for bleed for chain blow, so better to go stun att/def. (best -> istina earing)
