Fragola said before that the devs(Korea) haven't provided it yet, but no one knows if Innova has ever asked them for this feature up to this day.
I got the answer from our QA team today, they say this info should be deleted from our patch notes as it it just for the KR version and got to our patchnotes by mistake. no, as the devs haven't provided us with this option yet.

I can type more or less in terms of drops what it will be: Zaken / Freya: Little bit of boost from normal drops, jewels heavily nerfed. Rewards for killing zaken in less than certain time (vorpal jewels) deleted Kartia: Chance for recipes greatly nerfed, EWR / EAR chance nerfed, Elcyum powder removed, added Armor / weapon appearance scrolls Baylor: Elcyim powder removed Pavel / SoH / GoG greatly nerfed in both adena + materials drop Spoil will be non existant outside of Giant's Cave / GoS / Atelia, it's decreased to 1/10 of the current chance to spoil anything outside those areas This instances will be only for xp, not adena dropping almost at all anymore, but it's not all bad news, some good chances: Kain Mistyc Tavern instance: If you get Eilhander von Helman it will drop either Mistyc Armor Piece (for appearances) or 3rd SA crystal fragment with 100% chance (95% to get armor fragment, 5% to get 3rd SA crystal fragment, that means x10 than other taverns, so it's farmable now) Mesaiah Outside Citadel: There will be series of 10-15 bosses you need to kill, first ones from them drop recipes R99 / R99 armor/weapon fragments, from some bosses after you kill them there's chance a trasure chest will appear, when you kill it you get R99 weapon crafting packs with 100% chance, last bosses have chance to drop FULL r99 set (like full r99 set with all parts, if it's Heavy it includes shield, if it's robe if includes sigil), while from Mesiah outside Citadel you get R99 armor / weapon parts/recipes/full item

Yes one without getting the stats of the new race! Cause they refuse race + stat change for several reasons. So all we ask is race change!
They didn't refuse, they pretty much said it's dangerous and not practical to do it manually since the devs haven't provided a script to do it automatically. Also, no one knows if Innova is even considering the idea to ask the devs for race change implementation. The point of race change is to change everything to your desired race and not just the skin. Let's just hope they consider adding this feature in the future.
hello innova, please let me know about Maphr rune and Prestige rune. It is the same? I found on l2wiki about Prestige rune (When possessed in the inventory while hunting. Drop and Spoil rate + 100%, amount of dropped Adena + 100%.) . On l2central about Maphr rune (При наличии в инвентаре шанс выпадения и присвоения трофеев +100%, количество выпадаемых аден +100%.) And how it works? Stack or not?

L2Central (RU wiki) contains information relevant to RU version, especially in part of localization terms. Руна Мафр (Maphr's Rune) is the name for EU's 'Prestige Rune' (NCW's term), so RU's Руна Мафр = EU's Prestige Rune (item drop + spoil + adena). In EU version there is also a normal Maphr's Rune which gives only item drop rate (without spoil rate and Adena amount). So the Prestige Rune stacks with the normal Maphr's Rune, and the item drop rate is 200% with both runes in the inventory. We'll think within the localization team how to make these rune names more clear and distinctive.
