game window mod position and UI windows positions

hi

I have 2 problems

1. i play in window mod and every time when i start the game the window position is not like last time ... and always is a random position ... just centered left/right ... my windows display resolution is 1600x1200 and my game window is set to 1600x1024 ... on this diference betwin 1200-1024 the game position is never the same

2. in the UI (in game) for some window like little (up/center) window with name of my target (clan/ally details) if i move in other place or resize, or L2Store button window change position ... when i close then reopen game again their positions don't keep like last time ... and reset to the default pozition

any solution for this 2 problem ... because is very annoying to move/resize window position every time when i start the game

i have only 1 game opened on my pc
