Login problem

hi! i had no idea where should i post this thread so i put it here.
several days ago i found out that i can't log in to my e-mail account. someone changed password, even emergency question. i rushed on 4game to change email asap but guess what? my password here was also changed(btw those passwords were completly diffrent)...i dont know what to do. the only way i can log in is by using facebook. but how i can buy pa knowing that someone else will be using my account? is there any way to change my e-mail(not involving my old-new password?)
