do you think you have enough players to open a dedicated server to the germans?
i have the impression that on the core server empties more, i don't think to divide server again and again is a good solution.

dear alfijin,

please do not underestimate our german admins and mods, they probably have 10.000+ german or at least german speaking player friends, so the new server - built on the ruins of core and aria - will have enough population, and will not the be the personal playground of certain ppl.

yes, you have to start from zero

 

lies, you start from 99 with r99 full set +6 everything. you must exp till level 1 and obtain rare no-grade items (for wooden set {pvp} among with no grade weapons).

im 52 lvl now so i need to delevel 51 levels;/ lots of de-exp

no pk and pvp - wish of a minority. was invented. while dekarma was easy, people had to flag, cuz they'd die else for sure. now they dont flag if they think they cant win and most ppl only attack in 3+vs1 so they can win at pvp/can dekarma after kiling, while being to scared to flag in any 1vs1
pi quest which gave certain classes a huge boost, later on its removal... probably also player wishes.

i never had a problem with official servers rates, but i have a problem with class balance when it comes to exp.

bro, 0-85 is just lol comparing to lvling ++85.

 

the issue's not hard or easy, but boring or interesting.
0-84 is only farm, no pvp. 85+ you can also pvp (if someone ever flags in 1vs1)
