the gif option for signatures is enabled. when u go at edit signature see bottom of page: can upload animated gif for signature - yes
my avatar is gif also so meaby you are doing something wrong... try both upload and link option.

indeed the maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 250 pixels or 146.5 kb

daily pvp yes, more and more ppl hitting 97+ and also few more 99's on both sides.
server more or less 2 sided with pet clans
aden/goddard vs rune/oren if you count only both allys.
