so on a different note, i took my computer yesterday to some company and paid them to clean it and change some coolers.
i come back 3 hours later, and they say: dood, your video card/ mother board/ ram / etc. etc. is not working (?!?) we are currently diagnosing the situation (yes, it was working perfectly fine until the monkeys "cleaned" it).

i smell russian mafia hand in this...
or princes4ka has black magic electronic skillz.

 

that's why i do my own cleaning/replacing of parts.

 

obviously kardi bribed them

 

simply put,you brought the pc to them for a simple job that does not earn them a worthy profit compared to the time they spend,so they charged you an extra (even tho motherboard looks a bit exagerated to me ) fee in some parts to replace.
your case was most likely working good,but they just replaced them to make a profit out of their work...not meaning to flame you but if you bring your hardware to clean @ technicians they will treat you not as a customer but as a chicken.
i would do exactly the same....
