lol no1 says lvl 99 is a godlike, but u must agree it is a big advantage. 99 with few lvl enchanted skills and 1 grade better gear vs lvl 95-6-7 with no enchanted skills and 1 grade lower gear. i`m sick of their hv about pr festivals. with equal gear and lvl things are ways different. for example our clan have war with whole irontrone, we win with rg, we won with shadows 2 days ago, but damn, when i see sproot`s cp i pr too(and ofc we lose from hi). for the obvious reason 1 in 1 we have no chance yet!
and btw you know what`s the best clan on core? every single small clan. just for the reason there`s no such drama about who`s more pro.

lvl in bs most same as in hi and u olso can use r99 gear with rune and can enchant skill on 97 and 98

 

to be clear-my clan is hellfire, not bs/th or any other kind of zerg. also, i`m not going to waste money ingame or in rl to competee with some group with big ego. i`d rather just avoid fighting them as its pointless before i catch up at least with lvl.
@sproot-get a brain, srsly. u just lost the small piece of respect i had to u. what exactly makes me coward? u`re strong enought to fight vs 14/21, and usualy i pvp with my cp only(95-96 lvls), do i have a chance? no. so i`d rather avoid a fight that i`ll lose for 100% than go and die in 1-2 minutes. in both cases it`ll raise ur ego more, but in first option at least i wont give u pts in the war.
