Frost error after new windows update

Hi,
My windows got today update and after this I cant open the game.

Game loading error.
Please, restart your computer.
Should the error reoccur after the restart, please contact the technical suport

Any idea? dont write me: restart pc or somthing like this cuz I did all this thinks.

Disable flightsinging parameter in Windows with bat-file - http://cdn.inn.ru/support/files/flightsigning_off.zip, restart system and lauch game client again..

 

when fix this problem on new windows update!
Afrer start frost restart my pc
