yes iss is a support not a dd.. but i find myself more comfortable in kartia with duals apo +4 hp, focus than with tauti 1h (with tauti it takes me almost 30mins to finish, with duals 20-22) no need even a good gear.. just +6 set and some jewels for cd.. 3-4 brooches (im even without ruby/opal) and if totaly paper some mp elixirs will help alot..
85 kartia is doable solo with 86+ iss
90 kartia (on 90 is bit hard since peline is red, but 91 and above takes <20mins)
95 kartia with 99 iss is peace of cake - just time consuming, but i rather make it solo in 30+mins and take all drop/xp to myself, than go duo or more ppl and get much less in those 20mins

 

Well, if game was solo, I'd be ok with that. I prefer share a bit, then get all and play alone. Better play pokemon(not the go one).

With my Iss Hierophant I am using apo greatsword (2-handed sword) with atk.speed SA, when buffed I have 1500 atk. speed, about 400 crit chance and decent p.atk for Iss, I can do all solo dailies without a problem, but I am using light armor, not heavy. Iss doesn't have greatsword mastery but there is no penalty and with duals I had slightly lower stats.

 

The duals say 20% more dmg to monsters or something like that tho..

 

difference is about 35-40% less in duo, and also drops with korean random can split not to your favor

its not about solo game or group game.. solo only kartia is allways better than go duo.. first of all for non DNT players.. if u get lucky in kartia u can get ~50kk worth of drops thats not much but count if u get lucky everyday for a whole month thats 1.5b (not going 2x and selling that pass which drops) and 1.5b is already a decent ammount of adena to buy smth "precious", besides that - doing solo u exp faster and grow stronger
no one forces isses to go into kamaloka solo and do instance for 1h with tauti 2h and sos with u, but thats also an option to get faster xp

iss have all weapons mastery.. blunt sword duals.. only dagers and bow/xbow are out of question...

 

Can anyone suggest me good ability point configuration for pve on iss

 

All hp and p def, or u can go to hidden ability and get -10% dmg taken.

depends on "pve".. if solo then u need dmg so warior tree is good
if using hvy and with party full hp(all 8)+ pdef from knight tree(the one with hvy armor)+hiden ability for -10% dmg taken(accuracy 2x)+2 atk speed in knight or if using light then def from warior +all hp+speed +acuracy for hidden
if box then all the way knight tree for -5% skill reuse

 

Because my main is Evi, I wear light armor and currently on shadow duals. I'm pretty much doing party stuff only.

 

Didn't you keep dynasty cudgel from dynasty weapon box? It's a good weapon, just to do party stuff.

so your ap should look like:
all 8 hp, 2pdef from warior tree, 2speed (or mp consuption (depends on what u prefer more)), 2 acuracy and 2 pdef from mage tree
that would result in max pdef, -10% dmg taken, 40% hp and 10speed or mp consumption (depends on what u picked(i still would recomend speed cause isses are always slow, but if u like spaming chaos simphony then -10% mp is also good)
