    Why to spam chaos symph ,if Ure in pt? U can't do any good with that.Unless U plan to slow down Ur enemy?
    And then qq for mp? Pisses me off every time when I play healer class ;-) Crippling+lumi is more than enuff.

    I can think only about usin it in mass pvp/mobs .
    To make healrs life easier use any HP wep,even low grade.

    When solo? OK,do it.

    CS decreases attack stats as well. It can allow squishy parties to farm in places that would otherwise be too hard... if used with brain instead "oh look the cooldown is ready"
