    lol my mate just got 5 for telling deepblue to be quiet and quit mod job. best thing is ban is not even from her/him and was for flaming/trolling/spamming. i would like to tell kurai ty for making us laugh and go get a room you two ! keep your personal life outta the mod job :d

    seriously kurai gave me 5 points infraction because i said - i will quote :

    if you fancy deepblue mate, get her out, buy her something , but don't bloody give peoples infractions for it lol !

    p.s. also the reason was: spamming, flaming, trolling. if you don't know the meaning of this words then for the good of the community please also leave the mod team ( i believe i am not the first one asking for it )

    you got an infraction and the reason was included, it's also against the rules to discuss it. (2nd infraction)

    if you dont know the definition of trolling maybe you should be more careful with the way you phrase your displeasure.

    now please enlighten me as to where your or the last few previous posters comments, have anything to do with a specific moderators action that broke the moderator or forum rules.

    the posts are irrelevant because they contain nothing to which concerns this topic. (spam)
    they are flamatory because you accuse and demand without evidence or reason. (flaming)
    they contain immature references towards moderators style of writing (which were given to us from the innova team in the first place), which are used in the posts to invoke reactions from the moderators or community managers. (trolling)

    ehh...you are too much my head started to hurt now...

    see the issue with you guys is that we tell the truth we want to get answer we want to know when we will be able to play normally without spend an hour in laggfest, and all you do is send infractions to us, close our topics about the issue and make people go 1 step further in their rage for proper gameplay.

    so instead of playing the ******** moderator you want to be you should consider the community as something you have a job to do for. therefor all you need to do is acting as a bridge beetwen the community and the staff/tech team on a way that the comments that should be seen will be seen by them. so far you guys do a really bad job.

    we know you have lagfests we all have lagfests, but if we have no new information for you what shall we say? issue is reported nothing more to say. but it seems it's not enough for people so they decide to open 100 more threads and instead of being constructive in discussion they spam, post illicit content and use bad language. these users get infractions simply because they broke the rules. also it's our responsability to keep forums as clean as possible, so when we see 30 topics about the same thing ofc they get closed/deleted.

    and this reply above, is exactly what this topic is for. constructive well written criticism.

    nobody says nobody so you give infractions without having a clue about anything that goes with the issue.

    thats like giving an infraction for reporting a bug.

    dear intrepid,

    there are numerous threads that have been left open for all your problems with the current issues, this was purely a trolling thread and no need for it to have been opened. as we have advised all of you numerous times, we have reported all of your problems and queries to the team but we, the same as yourselves, also have to wait for confirmation and you have all been told that at the moment alot of the staff have holidays but we will update you all as soon as we can, we can not be fairer then that. we also do not want to give you all false hopes and false information so if it takes us some time to get the correct information then surely you can understand that.

    have you ever seen threads of desparation? thats how fed up the community is. thats not about trolling thats about beeing as upset as it seems.

    yes we know, understand and sympathise that you are all anxious/desperate etc (we are players also remember) but opening multiple threads about the same topic or making off topic posts to other existing threads isnt helping, its better to keep it to one topic therefore we can keep ontop of the issues easier for you and be able to convey your worries more efficiently.

    can't you just make a thread in news and announcements? like 'we reported problem, we got no info back, we have no telphone numbers to any of innova staff, we have no idea when they will be back, we have no idea if they will do something after they are back'. that would do for me. official thread. not some posts in some sh1tty topics, by some mods w/o any clue what they r talking about, like it was about scamming for example.

    as i have informed you intrepid, we have left threads that are already existing about these situations open for you all to continue posting, multiple threads designed specifically for spam/troll/flame are not needed or tolerated, it is alot easier for all if everything is kept in one place so staff can see the scale of the issue at a quick glance which inturn means you all get your answers quicker which correct me if im wrong is more beneficial for you.
