Complaints about moderators

you get me wrong. i'm not defending anyone, and i wasn't referring to kall. that supposed to be about all moderators. talking about kall, actually i think he don't need lawyers to talk for him, i am sure he will be able to manage his business on his own

in meaning, or they will shine, or they wont ;-)

 

people can't you understand that as you, we are normal players. that means we have the right to express our opinion alsoas players in informal way. guideline: using dear .., when replying as moderators was given to us, we dont have to express our personal opinion in that way also. nothing more, nothing for caps letters, or typing mistakes. if some of you have to "flame" over some spell mistakes, as mentioned above you are far from understanding the meaning of the topic.
this thread is about pointing out violations to admins, not flame section. provide evidence of violations with ss as requested and dont make this a spam / flame topic.

yet this section will be used to complain about any moderator's action that you found violating the moderator's rules or forum rules. please provide screen shots,etc. so we can see the violation.

 

1. please show me to moderator's rules. appreciated.

2. you can't tell us what to complain about as long as it's a valid complaint. we don't have to complain only if someone was to violate the rules and at the same time we can complain about the rules.

 

i speak by myself. it is my first day as mod and i am still geting the best way do do my "job" as mod so please give me some time to get use to it.

supertar, if i said something wrong or tha way as wrote it let you to think i was being rude, sorry but is was not my intention to do it.

to all the rest feel free to say something that may improve my work as a mod.

1. since they are in moderators' section i am not sure i am allowed. you can ask fahrenheit to post em here also.
2. i am not telling you what you can complain about or not,sorry if it seemed that way. i am just pointing out fahrenheit's first post where he describes how a complain should be made.

 

cheers. this is how moderators posts should look like, normal, respectful and no "dear mr. santa...". keep it up pal, i see you do not have a problem with english, so if you won't abuse your authority over this week i assume you're "safe".

1. ha, we should report if moderators violated the rules without knowing moderators rules? i don't get it? is that some kind of a challenge? :d

2. we're currently expressing our complaints in general form, not about specific moderators:

2.1. not all moderators know english enough, that would suffice to moderate official international forums.

2.2. there are waaay too many moderators atm, what results in "modspam".

2.3. the form of addressing the community of some moderators is just silly and used repeatedly gets very annoying.

your lacking dignity. you don't have to apologize to anyone . for someone to listen to what you have to say you have to be atleast at the same level, or above that person. - that's brokers staff xd. )

guys, why don't we spend some time watching as running the things?

personally i think it's good that the moderators are players, so they can put on our skin and help us better... give them a try

 

"put on our skin"? what kind of skin do they have on now? they can help us as much as the any other player, they don't have a say in development or supervision of the game itself, they're just controling the topics so they wouldn't get out of hand... how would they actually help us?

see? that's misinterpreting moderators position.

 

thank you for your reply. i see it as you intended. just respectfully desagree with "your lacking dignity". it's not my opinion. i just felt that i needed to say something to that user and sometimes you need to give one step back to give to steps forward. i do not want to buy "wars" with someone who l that want to have some fun in a wonderfull game as l2 god.

i personally played a game were players were writing speeches, to get support for a moderator position on forums.

 

you can play free, isn't true??? meby for that, 4game canâ´t pay a profesional staff, maby you prefer pay every month

 

ok, this is not the topic to discus that, but get off your puffy pink cloud. innova's gonna get a lot of income out of this game. totally offtopic, don't bother answering.

 

there is no such thing like a perfect moderator. some people will like one, some other wont. for sure they need few days to acclimate them selves with duties they will carry, i am just surprised there are so many negative comments since early beginning of their career.

 

because the innova administration used such a ridiculous way of picking moderators, i'm surprised there's only this many complaining, then again... some couldn't care less...

 

ok, you can go to cry to korea and you can say them: oh friends, 4game its a bad, they havenâ´t moderators, they gonna get (future) a lot of money ohhhh... wait, if the koreans are agree with 4game oh ****, i going to cry at home...

you can do all that.

 

jazzy your english is poor. i can barely understand you. we re not the one to teach you how to be a good moderator. do not apply if you are not experienced in moderating forums. simple as that.

and the other mods - do you really think that advertising your personal clan , websites, private love stories, whatever over your signature or official moderators profile is ok?
distracting, eye hurting, pinkish yellow 800x600 covering half my screen signature pictures are bad examples aswell.
this is the place where you should provide us with short n clear faq links, or guidelines ,. not your fancy stylish butterfly dolls, anime popstars, spongebob alike creatures.

actually moderator kall has pointed out that wipe = anal cleansing . i'm sorry i couldn't stop laughing hahahaha lol :d

well i thought it was rather decent compared to some, look at the quote i used before yours, you cant expect them to have fluent english knowledge since it's not a native language of theirs. i do agree on considering your capabilities before applying though.

 

ok, point taken, but still, i believe there are plenty of people here that could carry easily moderation duty of this forum. it's not like you need to finish some university to be a good moderator, right ? actually i believe that players would be the best moderators, because they are players, of course as far as they will do they job, and wont bring in emotions into posts and decisions.
