Complaints about moderators

giving responsabilities to some players like that looks so unprofessional. it's just a shame for any official and pro organisation...
maybie somes here make a good job, but responsabilities should be given after a job interview with the cm or gm team and not after a single pm of voluntary
(by phone, chat or mail... who cares?).
like sayha i think it looks like you recruited some mods from 5000* private servers who lived a few weeks.

get used to it. if you want to play on real official, go to lineage2.com. this ain't official, it's just a legal private server.

 

okay ill just go apply to be a mod, i could be a way better mod than many others so why not. im tired of this ****.

sometimes players have more information than we do for they often are ingame. yet it does not mean that each and everyone will get to be a moderator- that is why we let you people choose here https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=772

as i said yesterday , i donâ´t like the idea of players doing innova's work, an official l2 service provider should have proffesional staff to moderate. players being mods... like private servers

 

the only official is nckorea all the others has a license to use l2

 

official company representatives whether they admit publicly or not play the game also so they are also considered players. i would say that regular costumers/players can act as good and sometimes better then the official staff if they have an in-depth knowledge of the rules of conduct and know how to manage different situations. the main concern is whether or not they know how to remain impartial and not take sides based on their in-game experiences/politics. other then that i see no problem in having regular customers with limited official attributions.

proof that are not all current "moderators" are cut out to be real forum moderators - some of their posts are full of sarcasm which is really not welcome from moderators. and it's only the first days of their "work".. imagine what wil happen with forum if once they "relax" a bit more...

 

i did apply for moderator myself with a 3 paragraph message about myself to the admin but the reply was to direct me back to https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=664 (the looking for moderators topic) which seems a strange kind of loop. i am not a proffesional but have moderated lineage 2 forums before on behalf of a couple of private servers. i'm 42 years old and certainly not new to mmo's from london uk so english is my first language. i do make some mistakes through the believe that my typing skills are better than they really are but whilst i'm kind of lost as to what my pm's responce really meant maybe it's for the best.

the only person which i would vote for moderator is definitely radix. not sure if girl or boy , but this person help most of us with " no video card" error , so if there is even slightly choice of us choosing our mod's he / she is the person which i vouch for.

 

this constant whining for more "professionalism" is why ncsoft is such a fail in usa. you can't be professional and quick at the same time. those are opposites. so either go back to your professional ncsoft or stay here and stop with the constant *****ing already.
