3.3.Requirements towards Photos:
The Photo should have the Participant on it, the Participant’s face should be visible. Photos with any other people than participant are not allowed;



I read and follow the rules. If I don't I want the same fate as this photo.

The photo and video should not contain other faces than participant's. Other people should not be recognizible at all.

 

It's amazing how every single contest Innova makes rules too ambigous to use...
Then people try to extend the rules to fit their ideas, CMs make additions to the rules, then... we have a lot of works not really meeting the original rules, but accepted anyway.
Photos with any other people than participant are not allowed - then it appears they are allowed if unrecognizable.
Where are all praized Innova's lawyers? Is it so very hard for a professional to think about such things beforehand, especially taking in account previous experience?
