Hello I'm new for iss hierophant i have question about iss debuff land success rate PATK or MATK make high chance for it?
Patk / Matk has no influence on your debuff landing rate. oh thank you!! Sep 9, 2016 I have another question , How can i increase success rate of "Ultimate Suspension" skill because can't enchant or base on level skill only?
My wild guess is that Ultimate Suspension is a Magical Debuff, meaning that you can increase its landing rate by : Mental Attack Earrings (CoC Mental Attack Earring, Antharas/B. Antharas Earring, Zaken's Earring, ...) Soul Frintezza Necklace Soul Baium's Ring Dual Class Certification (there is a passive that gives you +20% Magical Debuff success & resist)
Magic and mental have nothing in common, a mental attack can be both physical or magical , such as tank's silence skill which is physical. Dual certification helps mental attacks land more often (it helps tank physical silence land more often), not magical debuffs. Ultimate suspension isnt mental, mental is fear, de-target and silence. My guess is suspension is as much as a debuff as cripple attack but magical with diferent land rate.
