    already did on suport your only answer was to change my isp, thanks that helped a lot.. xd

    you said excatly the same to our iss enchanter (ancientone) when you wrote ticket to you.

    gatses you forgeting that this problems started around 1,5 week ago (+ - on saturday) and it included a lot of people (especially polish players). only in my clan that problem got like 20-30% players who using this tpsa (orange now) provider. i also remember simillar situation ~~2-3 months ago and after like ~~1 month you fixed it. i'm pretty sure you can do something again and dont only answer "change internet provider"

    ofc i will ask few more ppl to write ticket to support i hope this time for another reply ; )

    most providers give low upload speeds mine shown here from uk can handle 4clients no lag no packet loss

    daily bump again, we want a proper answer, yesterday i spoke with many players from spain that have the same issues that i do, so wtf guys? can you do something? if i have to pay for battleping ill leave server and go ncwest for the same price and 0 lags

    change to orange, vodafone, tele2, jazztel... telefonica from spain sux. i have telefonica in spain and when i live there, is too horrible play. the problem must be with innova's isp and our isp...
    some time ago i tried to do a list wiht ppl that suffer lags and send him to innova for contact with their isp and try to find a solution, but since is "illegal" (deepblue :) ) help other users in tech forum i stop help.
    change your isp is actually the unique way to fix yours lags imo.

    please refrain from making false statements. you were asked to stop what you were doing after several complaints and the fact that you were conflicting and detracting from actual staff's efforts.

    plz stay on topic, i want this to get fixed, i dont want to change my isp... plz any gm answer and not a moderator, or a copy paste one? this is a massive problem, dont hapen only to 2 -3 people, hapends to maybe 200 people or maybe more, so ****ing fix it

    dont be stupid and dont say this kind of stuf, i wont change my home/business isp for a game

    my pa ends in 7 days, fix or ill never buy it again, or ill move ncwest, im getting tired of this, i can play only on evenings cause of my job and i cant pvp i can only pve cause in pvp i have 3 segs lag and im dead before i can do anything, so fix this fix this fix this fix this

    dear hidrica,
    since there are spanish users saying that is your isp's fault and that its quality is not good, would be wise to change it. i understand that you might want to avoid changing isp but blaming innova is the wrong way to fix things.
    you say that you can normally play other games but not here in the evenings. meaby is not your isp as it is, it might be its connection with innova's server and the "response" rate they have inbetween them. innova already said is trying to solve the problem but if your isp's response is bad it will be a problem even if innova set up a server on a satellite above your house.
    "threating" a company that you will stop buying it's product won't magically fix the problem.
    what i suggest is do another ticket in support , posting all your isp details, speedtest results, your ip, the results of the winmtr test to address 109.105.153.10 explaining in detail and calmly the problem, what times is worse and refrain from qqing or threatening. also contact your isp and explain them the problem also and provide em also the address you are trying to be connected to 109.105.153.10

    how i can fix this? i cant play on the last sieges my char was stoped all the time and i saw all people moving except me, having delays of maybe 10 seconds (connection lags not graphic)
    and even playing in instances with 7 people like fortuna my lags are huge

    thank you for provided data. you have no any big problems with your connection. since you have lags during your issue is connected with your computer configuration.
    to make sure i'd like to ask you to send us one more file.

    first of all after analyse of your dxdiag file we can say that your operating system is quite enough for playing lineageii. 
    but it's not strange that you experience some kind of lags during sieges or other mass events. it's connected with features of lineageii engine. 
    to avoid lags during mass pvps  and so on you should have more powerful machine. for example processor intel core i7 ~4.0 ghz (overclocking), ddr3-1333 rating pc3- 17000 8+gb ram with timing 9-9-9-24, two video cards 580 gtx+, solid state disc. such system will allow you to play comfortably during mass events in game.
    
    and i have a little question for you to clean up the situation. what time of a day do you experience most problems (morning / afternoon / evening)? does it depends on in-game location or not?

    my problems are from 7-8 pm gmt+2 too 1:00 am gmt+2 mainly, dont depend on game location, just depend on the hour.

    after analyse your tests results our engineers could make the conclusion that your problem is the following node (test_connection):
    6 * * * tiempo de espera agotado para esta solicitud. 
    this is some spanish local provider, not cogentco. 
    unfortunately innova company cannot convince internet exchange point to use the most optimal routes, it is the task of local providers which should aim to provide the best possible service to its customers. 
    
    recommendations:
    1. in order to stabilize playing process i'd reccomend you to contact your provider to improve the quality of the connection.
    2. use any proxy server: https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=8289.
    3. change your local provider.

    so in ticket they didnt even read what i wrote that i had connection lags, and the only solution is to change my provider, on the other hand im not the only player with this problem and not all the players that have this problem have telefonica cause many players that have this problem are spanish also, and what? can i say what i think? im playing here cause i have huge ping playing on ncwest server too far imo but if i pay battleping to play here i have no doubt to go ncwest cause its staff seems way better prepared than here

    pd stop saying me that i should made a ticketm already did and got answers copy pasted, wrong, and hillarious.
    pd2 and im prety sure that im not the only one that will leave if the lags keep going like this i'm not threating you, im advising you, and no, i cant change my provider, its linked to my business and to above 30 private cellphones and it's quite a mess to quit of my company

    then why dont you contact our isp and explain them the problem also and provide em also the address you are trying to be connected to 109.105.153.10 ?
