lags issue

hidrica i know that you dont want a moderator answer but i will write you and maybe it will help you .

first of all i had a problem excactly the same as yours . lag at afternoon and lagfree at morning (always my time) . that is happening because your internet provider have some specific ports that giving access to your whole block for the people that want to connect to the internet (peak ours mostly are at afternoon) . so that means that at afternoon more people from your block are connecting at the internet and since that happening the specific "modem" have so much demand that is bad for gaming (only) but it doesnt affect anything else .

the only way that you can solve that problem if you want to keep your provider (i am against to change provider for a game also) is to call your provider and tell them that you have issues with online gaming . if your provider are profecional they will just change your routing and place you to a more empty "dslam" so you will not have issues .

here at greece at least all the isp's are helping a lot gamers (since we are the people that pays most) and they are fixing such issues in 5-10 working days (it takes so long because they do a lot of tries) .

are you kidding us? we already provided the info on tickets, i had the same conversation with the staff that he had and i posted here, read what we say at least once and don't copy paste and fix it cause its a problem with your server

this server is lagged not us providers
mayby admins consulting with xxxx admins how to should be work, xxxxxxx work very good when castle siege 200+ ppl and here 40+ ppl and lags 10+ seconds
when i remember on xxxx when lags get he change providers (server not players) and lags gone mayby here need to change provider admin ?

its not my local provider neither my connection, if i connect a proxy on france without lag and then that proxy can reach the server is cause there is a problem in the travel between whatever passes on france -> to innova servers

 

where upload a log file with tracking to server,frost etc ???
