why no gm online?

if ALL pack your own stuffs, there wont be packers

Asking the right questions here are we? Do service providers need your help to provide you with the service? Amazon is in need of your help so they can ship the stock for you? Facebook need you so they can run their datacenters? No. Everybody could make their analogies serve their point. Players are customers, who expect some quality of service. Those kind of spams should be the easiest thing to deal with - either server-wide censorship to the addresses that gets reported, or a filter which can automatically add them to a blacklist. Other means could be the individual to filter the chat (account wide block/filtering addition too). But I guess it's the easiest things to do to tag other people as useless, carebears, crybabies et cetera, without even thinking of all the super easy and fast to do solutions. Your attittude is what's worst in this kind of community.

Then lets see. Please do not just ban it, tracks it's ip:

 

Mustera, they talk about active gm, which are logged in to game and keep an eye on chat, looking for bots on the experience locations, answer to question while some one uses command /gm and petition system in game.

I think you have enough people and euro in team to send some one here, not for 24 hours per day. Just every 2-3 days for a 1-2 hours. Let people feel, that you are here with them and also care about this game in the same way like we care. Also in my private opinion You as the Community Manager doing not enough job to bring to this game more new players. A lot of people didn't even know about this game and this server. No adverts in internet. Zero, nothing. Focus only on this forum is not enough.

good advertisment = new active players = more premium account every month = less op items in l2store = game more friendly for the players = good opionion about game = new active players = server with profit and long live

 

Well,Im not entirely sure why we can't see any GM activity/visible on server?
All I can think of is that They r too busy,can't be botherd,or once They r in visible mode,They r spammed like hell?
I agree that visible GM is a HUDGE "morale" boost and good advertise for new players.
Word of mouth is spreadin very fast and summons players which are fed up with carebear priv/bots servers.
Therefore I would highly advise to show up from time to time,have a word,or two with players,stay for 15mins,thats all what we need.

I strongly doubt they can bann by ip,pc whatever cause most likely they are using "proxies" which generate new ips at every log and its impossible to track up, for more info some EN players

 

Ban for ip = ban many players and many new players if u know how works now ipv4
active gm = help for new players,
block shout for players 85- = no helps for new players


...... and why u gm must look in shout ... why u don't use scripts???

u should make this game more friendly for new player not restricted for bots. Always when you make something against bot you make this against normal players for example when u make that summon pets stop attack. Are you make bad for bots? no .... only for normal and new users.

They can ban hardware ip which is really hard to spoof and to change you need to buy new network card
