In Russian server people play with different standards, top players there have lv.1-lv.2 dragon weapons, not pvp ones. PvP bow +12 there is tier 3 weapon.

 

Yeah this is the point. On server and situation like they have those card are not a problem. But here is disaster. Core is not ready for items like this.

 

And i'm going to repeat myself Noone is going to use that card to make +20 weapon, maybe a few +15-16 will show up on the people with +14-15 already but not more than this.

 

How you can be that sure ? Maybe for You no one use it, because you even can't imagine yourself doing this, but for super donor is not a problem.

 

Like Mitsa said, there they are going with dragon weapons level 1 in their top dd's, while here top dd's have +12 pvp bows (+14 tops and it's 2 of them only in server I think). It's not only about weapons, there the standart for top pvp players it's pvp armors +12-14, here we have people with +10 pvp sets but rest are using +8 pvp or even +8 with 2-3 pvp parts per person.

To the video Naito linked, you just have to see how crazy russians and koreans are about overenchanting, this guy whose video you linked, had a pvp bow +16 x3 SA's and he decided to click it with NORMAL gear and it could break, he got lucky and got +18 bow, then 2 purple cards and boom +20, there are few more weapons +20 on ru servers already, no one will try higher for sure. On Korea it happened something like that, one guy had +16 pvp bow +3 SA's , used gewr and got +19, the max enchanted weapon there I think it's +22 and it's from before the introduction of this cards, and another guy in japenese server got 2 pve weapons to +20 with the purple cards, while he had them +16 before this event, so stop crying about the cards no one will make +30 or +40 weapons because it's statistically impossible

 

MrOurk, i am just tired to play when always is discusion about donor, l2store and stuff like this. I just wanna play this game without strong reason to use l2store. I understand that this game need it, but do not need to be so powerfull. I also use l2store more than once, but slowly it makes me angry. Atm, do it or be ****. With card like this it never stop, always people need to run behind top donor and try be closer to them with equipment. It has to stop like i said, even for a moment. We are playing mmo game, let it be mmo with epic battles on caslte siege or near epic boss.

True european quality.
If there is no top donor or some1 who has x3 your gear and everyone is equal ,how would you improve ?. The more some1 has the more it motivates you to improve and catch him up on level/gear or simply outplay him whenever possible.

I dont think that situation is much different on RU /NCwest/korea . There are donors and NON donors . It's up to you to hold the competitive mentality or just surrender and go full pve 0 fks given.

Some donors will make weapons some will break them ,third will sell you l2store with the money you farmed so you can make your weapon. Crying about L2store is so pointless that you cannot imagine.
Before there was no L2store and people were doing RMT ,difference is that with RMT you might get banned if u get caught (which u must be total tard ) ,but u get 100% adena for what you paid,while in the meantime you can go put 100 tarots i.e and get 35k crystals and gemstones + maphr winds . AMAZING -150 euro u made 2b.

The l2store all items are tradeable atm, which means you farm adena on your own, you buy l2store in exchange of that adena, and you can make in example shiny shirt +10, congratulations, you have the top shirt of the game farming adena, the only difference it's that you farmed adena while someone else farmed euros, that's it

 

sayha talisman and jewel lvl "6" will be in a year at least
