BUYING PA PROBLEM!!!

    ok i am very nervoius, because around 1h i was trying to buy pa for first time and as you look i couldn't.
    i am from bulgaria and i am using visa electron! i have bought from this card many other pa accounts in other l2 servers and for the very first time i can't from this server... the massage that display is "your account is locked for outgoing transfers and credit/debit card payments therefore we cannot complete this transaction.to unlock your account, you must upload funds into your skrill (moneybookers) account via bank transfer." i have 2 accounts from 2 different mails and i tried both of them and again nothing..... so let me know where is the fking problem to buy premium?:mad:

    same happened to me using paypal.
    now i use paysafecard.

    waiting for other answers, i dont have time to buy other cards and etc. and btw i was using visa not paypal.

    btw, on paypal you can associate a visa card to your account and the payments go directly to your card (no need founds on paypal). but don't work.

    can you pay directly on the web page for pa ?
    last time i checked you had to use moneybookers, paypal(note: that`s not a card) or paysafecard. i`m still not sure if you are not making a really simple mistake by misunderstanding something but i`ll advice you to go to support.4game.com and post a ticket there - it`ll be easier
    /a lot of ppl from bulgaria had no problems `till now
