The person that started that topic about people donating in ncwest it's someone that has been donating a lot recently to try to buy a pvp bow +12. Anyways those purple cards were in korean and japanese server, it was so obvious that they were going to appear as it's obvious that 6 slot brooches are comming soon also xd

you can't trade +8 for +10 there. Most people buying from my shining scroll trade used more than 5 just to get +7-8.

honestly, anybody who pays NCsoft enough money to make a legit +10 shirt has paid more than enough for a +16 weapon.
... and they have many more +16 weapons than we do, anyway. Other enchantment options available than here.
