Problem with client freeze when targeting a hero

so i have this problem in one spot where i do pvp 7vs7 often with no lag
i started getting client freeze when attack a hero named amethyst but this error occurs only when i have target on him , there is a point when he used his jump and i lost his target and freeze was gone but at the moment when i pushed icon to target him my client got the freeze again . i want support to check this issue, because maybe it is because of the hero glow , because my room mate has much much worse pc and he has 0 lag and i get frozen .
