Password Recovery Issues

    I've reset my password montsh ago, but i forgot which one is the new one i set. The problem is, when i try to reset my password again

    1 I can't select email verification, the dot can't be moved

    2 When i use the sms recovery method, i do not receive any SMS, not even after an hour.

    3 When I open the support page, they ask me to login... useless.

    You can create new 4game account and make a report via it.

    Thanks for the reply Krege, but this sounds quite unprofessional. The service simply doesn't work,I no wonder why ppl moving elsewhere.
