    dear fellows,
    it is most likely that you have unsatisfactory quality of connection if you experience lags and disconnects, especially in the evening.

    you will find below the main set of tools that will help to analyze your internet connection and show if you have any problems with it or not. also you will find instructions on the use of them.

    ping. shows how long it takes for packets to reach host
    - press win+r buttons
    - type 'cmd' and press enter
    - in the appeared window type 'ping 185.47.157.161 -l 1000 -n 100'
    where l is a packet size, n - amount of messages
    - right-click and choose 'mark'
    - select all and press enter. this action will save information in data buffer
    -save received results
    - only statistics is needed for analyze, which is displayed on the screen after test performing
    traceroute. traces the route of packets to destination host
    - press win+r buttons
    - type 'cmd' and press enter
    - in the appeared window type 'tracert 185.47.157.161’
    - when the test finishes right-click and choose 'mark'
    - select all and press enter. this action will save information in data buffer
    -save received results
    pathping. provides details of the path between two hosts and ping-like statistics for each node in the path. each node is pinged as the result of a single command.
    - press win+r buttons
    - type 'cmd' and press enter
    - in the appeared window type 'pathping 185.47.157.161’
    - when the test finishes right-click and choose 'mark'
    - select all and press enter. this action will save information in data buffer
    -save received results
    winmtr. combines the functionality of the traceroute and ping. regularly repeats its process, usually once per second, and keep track of the response times of the hops along the path
    - download winmtr tool from attachments or here: http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
    - run winmtr tool
    - type '185.47.157.161', click start button
    - launch the game. let winmtr work for 20 minutes at least during the time when you experience inconveniences and click stop
    - in the file menu select 'export text', save received data
    pingplotter. helps to pinpoint where the problems are in an intuitive graphical way, and to continue monitoring your connection long-term to further identify issues
    - download pingplotter tool at http://www.pingplotter.com/
    - install and run this tool
    - in the ‘trace interval’ set 1 seconds – the program will get information every second
    - in the ‘sample to include’ set 30 - results output for 30 minutes
    - type '185.47.157.161' in the 'address to trace' field and click start button
    - let winmtr work for 20 minutes at least and click stop
    - in the file menu select ‘save sample set', save received data

    p.s. pingplotter is free of charge for 30 days
    wireshark. a free and open-source packet analyzer. it is used for network troubleshooting, analysis, software and communications protocol development
    - download the latest version of the program at the official site
    - install wireshark on your computer. follow the wireshark setup wizard instructions. then run the program
    - after running you will see the main window of the program
    - perform network packets capturing from pressing 'play' button till exit after disconnect
    - to start click 'start a new live capture' button on the top side of the window
    - to finish capturing press 'stop the running live capture' button on the toolbar of the wireshark program (next to 'start a new live capture' button)
    - select 'save as' in the 'file' menu to save received data in file
    - after saving you may archive data file to reduce its size
    you can use the data to analyze your connection by yourself or you can provide the technical team with results
    please don't publish wireshark logs on forum. provide them only upon administration request at support or in private message
