what says diferent? u need weapon +3 crystals (u get 1 if u crystalize weapon) so u need 4 weps to make 1 new +fragment from tavern+ other mats
even if they drop in tavern i doubt they price gona be lower than price of kelbim wep itself

with nowadays price thats like 25b +fragments which drop not from many instances and god knows with what %, maybe antharas/valakas will drop bit more, but normal epics+tauti i doubt that they gona drop more than 1

thats the point of it, but considering we have only ~2k players and koreans have like 6-8k+ (counting with bots) they may have some item shortage so thats like alternative

 

again small video from korea.. this time about PoW(wind). now you need remove critical of sayha instead of drum.. that means no more rerolls on healer for PoW.. also healer buffs becomes party buffs, not single target.
