Problem with the installation of the game

    Hello
    I'm trying to install the game from the internet and I always have a message Install
    installs 4game.exe (on startup already has 70% of progression), and displays a message that the game is installed in the background on the web. Unfortunately, nothing happens. but all the time the install. (sometimes see error 713)
    I had previously installed the game. do today I tried to uninstall and install.

    i try use servise In Administrator and dont work
