laptop restarts on play

i ve got a weird problem, as soon as i press play the dos window opens and my laptop restarts on it s own..
sometimes when i try to switch to another browser- explorer for example- not chrome that i use i can play but all the browsers have done it.
i tried turning off automatic restart from my system settings but it didnt help.
any ideas?
