problem with installing the game

hi guys,

ok so after i installed 4game on my computer it sends me to a web page that has an upper right button that says install............ok after i click that button a little window appears telling me that a new aplications of 4game is available...........if i click to instal now i wait for like 10 sec before a black window or smth flashes(just appear and dissapear instantly),after that nothing happends.................i tried to reinstal 4game aplication,rebooted nothing works.................i know its an error of some sort,i apreciate if anyone has a clue of whats going on.

uninstall the 4game launcher and download again
