some new problam

i have instel the game and playd ones have a charecter lvl 30.
after 2 days i try to select a server i press twis on the server the screen freez for 4 sec and then nothing heppen/
i tried to block the firewall and some over staf but nothing have help.

can u help tnx

i dont saw any problem in the antivirus.

sometimes, antivirus block frost or l2.exe.exe ( is the new .exe ) in my case, i need put l2.exe.exe to exception of my antivirus in order to can play. if then you have the same problem, use this tool for scan your game https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=8405

so i delete the game and instel in one more time
it let me log in 1 time after i quit te game it make thesame problem

 

when i check net diagnostic it make some problem to connect to the ip
