all evi defensive skills is bugged. or it work as intended as some say you can die even with SM on or get damage from 2k range when spalation is on.. or be in perma stun but didn't get damage when barrier up.. it's "normal".. same as interupting disparation
Hello, @KaiserSett. Please provide more info and graphic materials such screenshots/videos. We need as much data from Live as possible to show it to devs, so they can finally find the reason and fix this 'skill delay issue'. The bug report on this issue was sent yet in 2014, no fix so far. We also have information that other overseas territories have this issue as well, so the problem is not about the specific EU server (or partly). Anyway, your screenshots/videos are much appreciated.
