empower or acumen?

sa for weapon r95? empower or acumen?

now i am using acumen but i don't know if in this chronicle is better to use empo.

acumen, if you need m atk you can always add dyes and still get more out of it than emp sa.

 

acumen. emp is only good if you have blessed weapon and can add it as second sa, otherwise its useless. simple explanation - while having emp sa you wont be able to add int dyes if they are not perfect (+5- nothing), and perfect one set cost around 1kkk, and if you will add int dyes with -wit your cast speed will be below 1k on full buffs. with acumen sa you can balance out int/wit pretty well, without it - no.

 

if, as i had read somewhere in these forums, empower sa only adds about 300-350 to the total m atk after all modifiers are applied (for example 15000 m atk full buffed without emp // 15350 m atk full buffed with emp) iâ´d say go acumen sa.
