if u drop the recipes for lvl4 to lvl5 making dragon weapon is only matter of adena. no big issue at all

disgusting this server,x12 shirt +7 all failed to +8 nice nerf

 

to get recipe is just 3-4 months quests in hb... before helios it was -3 years daily quests there.

There's no lowered chance, just most of people are used to click shirts having ++LUC (Like LUC dyes / hair accesory) increasing chances a lot, something you don't have here
