for sure average of rus is better in-game than rest of L2 communities made mostly from casuals,
on other hand rus will be first to abuse/exploit/cheat whatever possible, and i wouldn't call it negative side of their nature

 

As Russian i just prefer to reach my target in any case
Its not player mistake if developer allow him to abuse/exploit/cheat

Top RU CP's will not join EU server it is 100%. You probably will see some RU people but mainly random players in the hope of achieving something they could not achieve on RUOff.
