Keyboard problem

    Hello,
    im having a problem with my keyboard.
    After i play for a while , suddendly my keyboard doesnt work anymore and i cannot write.
    I have to exit the game and to restart my pc. The restart also take forever , like my pc is in loop or so.
    There is a way to fix this?

    I forgot to mention thats a laptop Lenovo ideapad y700

    Looks like hardware issue. You should consider to bring your laptop to service.
